Built, but never exercised against a real inbound call. Read this before relying on it.

The AI receptionist is designed to answer inbound calls, capture the caller's details and what they need, and drop a request into your Requests inbox.

It has never been tested against a real call. The code path exists and typechecks, but end-to-end verification needs live telephony credentials and a real inbound call, which hasn't happened yet.

Do not point your business number at it and walk away. If you want to try it, use a secondary number, call it yourself first, and check what lands in Requests before you trust it with a customer.

We'll update this page the moment it's been verified live — and we'd genuinely rather you read this than find out from a missed job.
