Taking bookings from your website
The public request form, what it collects, and where submissions land.
Every business gets a shareable public booking page, branded with your logo and colour. Anyone can submit a request without an account — name, email, phone, address, service type, description, and preferred date.
Submissions land in your Requests inbox as New / Normal priority. From there a request moves New → Reviewing → Accepted or Declined, with Low/Normal/High/Urgent priority (urgent and high sort to the top) and assignment to a team member.
Convert to job matches or creates the customer record and opens a new job pre-filled from the request, in one step.
Staff can also log requests manually with detail the public form doesn't collect: reference photos, a rough labour/materials quote, internal notes, and an on-site-assessment flag.
Existing customers can also request their portal link from the same page, so you're not fielding "can you resend my login" by phone.
