What we promise

  • Your data belongs to you — export the whole account as structured data at any time.
  • Cancelling ends billing. It does not delete your records.
  • Card details never reach our servers; Stripe and PayPal handle them directly.
  • Third-party credentials you connect are encrypted at rest and never sent back to the browser.
  • Per-customer export and erasure are built in, for GDPR subject requests.
  • We publish our gaps. If a certification or capability doesn't exist, you'll find it written down.

We don't publish a status page or offer a contractual uptime SLA yet — there's no monitoring behind either, so a number here would be decoration rather than a commitment.
