Per-invoice toggles hide quantities, unit prices, line totals, the balance section, or the online payment buttons. Payment buttons toggle separately from balance on purpose — a customer paying by cheque can still see what they owe.
Costs never leak
Cost and margin data is never sent to a customer-facing page under any circumstance. That's enforced server-side, not by hiding a column in the UI.

What this doesn't do
Every limit below was checked against the code. We'd rather you find them here than three weeks after migrating.
- Branding is a logo and a colour — there's no custom domain or full theme control. Removing "Powered by Gruvik" from customer-facing pages requires the Business plan.
- The booking form collects a service request, not a confirmed slot — you decide the schedule, the customer doesn't self-book a specific time.
Common questions
No. Booking, quote approval, and invoice payment all work from a link with no login. Existing customers can request their portal link from the booking page rather than phoning you for it.
