Which plan do I need?

The difference is seats, not features. Every feature in Gruvik is available on every plan — scheduling, invoicing, payments, inventory, timesheets, reporting, the AI assistant, the mobile app, the customer portal, all of it.

Solo is for one person. Team adds seats for the people working alongside you.

We deliberately don't gate features by plan. Locking invoicing or reporting behind an upgrade would mean a one-person business runs a worse version of the product than a four-person one, which is backwards — the solo operator has less admin help, not more.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. If you don't convert, the account locks rather than deleting anything, and your data is still there if you come back.
