Feature · Team health
See who's heading for burnout before they hand in their notice.
A rolling score per technician built from hours, job density, and days worked without a break — with the reasons written out in plain English, so it's a conversation starter rather than a number nobody trusts.
What you get from team health
Three factors, all explainable
Overtime beyond a normal week, how densely a day is packed with stops, and consecutive days worked without a day off. Each contributes a stated amount, so you can see exactly why someone scored what they did.
Written in words, not just a number
Alongside the score you get the actual factors — "51 hours logged in the last 7 days", "9 consecutive days worked" — and a recommendation once someone crosses into high risk. You can take it into a one-to-one and talk about it.
Where you already are
On the Reports page, in the mobile Insights view for anyone who approves timesheets, and answerable from the assistant — ask "who's at risk of burnout?" and get the same numbers.
Three steps, start to finish
Technicians clock in and out of jobs as they already do — no extra tracking, no surveys.
A rolling 7-day window is scored per person from hours, stop density, and consecutive days worked.
Anyone crossing into high risk surfaces with the reasons spelled out, so you can redistribute work before it becomes a resignation.
Straight answer
What this doesn't do
Every limit below was checked against the code. We'd rather you find them here than three weeks after migrating.
- It only sees logged hours. A technician who works late without clocking in looks fine to it, so it complements knowing your team rather than replacing it.
- It isn't an overtime pay engine — hours above a threshold are flagged, not paid at a different rate.
- Thresholds are fixed rather than configurable per business today.
Common questions
No. It reads the hours technicians already log against jobs — nothing extra is tracked, no keystrokes, no cameras, no idle-time monitoring. It's the same timesheet data you already use for payroll, read a second way.
