Feature · Customer retention

Notice the customer who quietly stopped calling.

Every customer has their own rhythm — quarterly service, twice a year, monthly. When someone drifts well past their own usual gap, they surface, with a check-in message drafted and waiting for your approval.

Why it helps

What you get from customer retention

Measured against their pattern, not an average

A customer you see monthly and one you see annually are both normal. The signal is a customer who has gone well past the gap they themselves usually keep — which is why it works across trades without tuning.

Explainable, not a black box

It's arithmetic on visit dates, not a model with a hidden opinion. You can see the customer's usual interval and how far past it they are, and disagree with it if you know something it doesn't.

The follow-up is already written

Ask for a win-back and the assistant drafts a check-in message for that customer. Nothing sends until you read it and confirm — the same propose-then-confirm rule as everything else.

How it works

Three steps, start to finish

01

As visits are completed, each customer's own average gap between visits builds up.

02

Anyone who passes roughly twice their usual gap is flagged as at risk, on the dashboard and to the assistant.

03

Ask for a win-back message, read the draft, and send it — or decide they're fine and move on.

Straight answer

What this doesn't do

Every limit below was checked against the code. We'd rather you find them here than three weeks after migrating.

  • It needs visit history, so it's quiet for the first few months of a new business or a new customer.
  • It measures time between visits — it can't know that a customer sold the building or that you fired them.
  • There's no campaign tooling behind it: it drafts one message for one customer, not a segmented bulk send.
Questions

Common questions

At least two completed visits, because it needs a gap to measure. A brand-new customer will never be flagged as at risk, which is correct — there's nothing yet to be unusual about.
